Parental Involvement

Staff, parents and children work closely together, as a team. Open communication is vital in providing effective, high quality child care. Once a child is enrolled in the Day Care, parents automatically become members of the corporation. As members of the corporation, parents are eligible to run for volunteer positions on the Board of Directors. Parents may also volunteer to be on various committees, for fundraising events, etc.

Please note that board terms are generally a two year commitment and the time required is approximately 2-3 hours per month.
